There is some kind of loop tool shown with this item. Why is it important and what do you use it for?

consists of a small handle and a small cylinder used to push the silencer into the hole of the hollow metal doorframe. Without some sort of tool, it is nearly impossible to install the silencer. It is the loop end of the tool that To force the other end into the hole in the door frame, the other end is inserted into the hole in the silence.

I like rubber, but it doesn't work with the tool I purchased

A user error could have occurred, but this did not work the way it was intended. After going through the rubber and punching a hole in it, the tool broke Even though the rubber still hadn't been installed, nothing had been accomplished yet.

Silicon had to be used

The tubes worked fine, but I had to spray silicon spray on them to install them. When the insert tool wasn't coated in silicon, it punched right.

The quality is good as well. The tool is a nice addition. The quality is good as well. Rather than the 100 pieces I thought I would receive, I received 95 pieces plus one defective one. I guess it isn't a huge deal, but it is annoying because we have approximately 25 doors to get together and we need 4 for each door, so now I have to order new ones That's just a headache I don't need. Although I have given 4 stars to the product, I still feel that it is of high quality.

This kit includes the tools necessary for installing The door fraims of a church were being painted, and the door silencers needed to be replaced

The silencers can be easily popped with this special tool, which makes the process of doing so much easier. It is a lot of work to insert the silencers without the tools, and I often damage them.

This product did not include an installation tool as described, were required to pay $10 extra to get the tool, and the tool was not included with the product.

It was a good experience overall. Although I received the silencers, I did not receive the tools to install them. I received two tools instead. If I can get the silencers I paid for, I would appreciate it. I was expecting the button to leave feedback to appear, but I didn't see it.
