As long as you can get past the fact that it's just a plain mason jar used for canning with a canning lid with a hole drilled into it, then you're good to go. My favorite part of the stainless steel straw was its durability. I really like how well made it is, and how well it fits into the hole. Unlike a glass filled with cold drinks which can spill all over when knocked over, if you knock over the jar it does not spill all over. This stainless steel straws comes even with its own brush for cleaning! The price for these is a little high, but I am going to buy two more of them since they are so practical.
