Have they a shine or a matte finish?

There is a smooth and shiny finish to them. This is a heavy object that cannot be bent easily. The purchase was good.

Can you tell me where these are ?

It might have been China, but I'm not sure for sure. A complete set of bread knives and table knives was ordered and I was extremely unsatisfied with the quality of craftsmanship. Several snags were present in the serration. The items were returned by me.

After being cleaned twice, the shirt became rusted

It was all good until I washed them a couple of times and they started to rust. This is NOT the type of fork I recommend.

The weight is good, the material is shiny, they clean up well, and they fit well in the hands. I have bought much more expensive ones from other places that were much flimsier and not as durable in the past. The set is so great that I ordered another one because I'm always running out of forks because my kids leave them everywhere. I highly recommend it.
