It had been badly scratched, with finger prints and hand oil all over it

This is disgusting. The surface is badly scratched, unpolished and covered in finger marks. This must have been a gross mess, the hands must have been oily.

The product arrived 18 days late, although I don't believe this was the seller's fault due to the tracking showing the package was within 50 miles of my house in three days after being sent. It appears the package was lost in the Christmas rush by the USPS. I like the product, the engraving is perfect and the rendering is exactly as I imagined it would be when I customized it It would be an excellent product to recommend.
