I find it funny that you It will take me a while to reveal the truth to you. The two sets of four I ordered are the same. One set of blue and one set of clear were given to me. As I was wondering what the heck is going on, the subtly and subtly different red labels shed light on it. The "custard" bowls have a blue color, while the "prep" bowls have a clear color. The prep set I returned was replaced with a new prep set. Since the bluish shade looked so nice, I went for it. Thus, I ordered a set of eight, hoping it would be a good one. ...and once again, we found 2 sets of 4 prep taped together and a bowl of prep. It's just a matter of going to a brick and mortar store to get more of these bluish ones, since they are readily available (hopefully with a label that says "custard"). It looks like the only option on the Pyrex website is "custard". So I'm not sure if this particular preparation is new or old?
This container does not have a lid.
This kind is not for you. One of the larger products has red plastic caps. These are about 6 inches across as well (they are round). Two of them are approximately 2" and three inches Sometimes I place a saucer over them when I need a lid for
Approximately 4 inches are on top of the custard bowls, and 2 1/4 inches are on the bottom. In this case, the actual inside diameter needs to be adjusted by maybe 1/4 inch because the glass is rather thick.

My purpose is to replace very similar bowls that I have been using for several Somehow, they were able to hide themselves and walk all over the house until I was left with no Since no one in this house knew how it happened, this was a great trick on their part. The items are just what I wanted and are from the same brand, so hopefully they will last just as long as the previous ones. When serving certain foods in small dishes, everyone gets their own, I love how convenient it is. In addition to that, I often use them to hold recipe ingredients when baking or cooking. The supply has returned to me, and I am extremely grateful. All members of the household have been warned they will not be walking around.
A set of Pyrex six-ounce bowls that I had in my family for more than 60 years was in great condition. Since then, the bowls have been used as a serving dish for countless deserts. My last two were in the process of being broken when I (sadly) broke one and decided to retire the other before it too broke. The exact replacements were crucial to me, so I thought it was worth the money to invest in genuine Pyrex. There are huge differences between the new bowels and the old bowls, not to mention that they are much thicker and less elegant, and they probably came from China. The answer to that question is yes, I am Even though they are heavy and thick, they should be quite durable, although, as they are so heavy, I'm sure they will break from the first drop. A new generation doesn't make them like the old ones did. You can be sure of that.
For years, my mother has had a set of 6oz and 10oz Pyrex custard bowls, but several of them broke over the years, so I thought it would be thoughtful of me to get her some new sets. Pyrex website almost found them, but the shipping costs were more than double the price for each set. I began looking for them in April and could not find them in stores so I turned to the Pyrex website just to confirm they were still available. It was only around Christmas time that I found both sets of each available on Amazon Prime for a higher price, but with free shipping, so I grabbed two sets This new series of bowls is nearly twice as thick as the old ones, which is good for durability and helps reduce the risk of chipping. It is not only awesome to bake with them, but they are also great for snacking, dipping, dessert and more An ice cream bowl to use every day.
The dish-towel didn't even last on the top rack of the dishwasher for one cycle before breaking. A replacement had already been scratched when it arrived! For crying out loud, this is supposed to be Pyrex! As it turns out, the new formula seems to have a considerable quality decrease. I have known my mother to have these for as long as I can remember, and they have barely scratched after so many The size, shape, and versatility of the items are what I love about them, and I was thrilled that they still produced There are just fewer of them now than there used to be. That was a disappointment.
The use of these is especially important if your children are older (and do not have to worry about glass items). The great thing about them is that you can serve a lot of different things with them-- The breakfast should consist of cereal, fruit, soup, and There are 16 ounces of soup or pudding in this bowl, so it is actually a lot smaller than the usual cereal or soup bowls. It is suitable for 6 servings, with 10 ounces of capacity These do well in the microwave and are easy to clean - 8 ounces of product. It is difficult to clean ceramic bowls once melted cheese has been added (glass bowls are much easier to clean). Not only are they tough and practical, but they do not look fancy either. It's nice to see them.
My mom had them for many years, and I always found new uses for them. She still has two old ones she still has, but over the years a few of them were broken. So I bought these to supplement her two old ones. I think the Amazon reviewers were right when they noted that the new ones are slightly heavier and larger than the original, they are exactly that way! Thank you for that. I made these for my mom and they are of the same quality, say "Made in the USA" on the bottom, and she uses them to store uncut vegetables that she doesn't want to store in the refrigerator and to store other food items in there. You can use them for so many things around your home—they are both sturdy and a great size! I highly recommend it!.
I do not recommend paying the return fee to replace the set because the top glass was literally dust upon arrival. The shipping box was fine, but 3/4 are okay, so I will not worry about it.
I probably use this dish more frequently than any other dish. In the middle of the week, you can pop chicken pot pies right back in the oven. Fruit pies can also be made by individuals. Using them to bake hamburger buns uniformly has been a blessing to me. The dish should be either an ice cream or salsa. It's possible to go on and.
