Taking it out of the box two times, the handle fell off. I never kept it because it fell off the two times I got it.
It was the best ice bucket I had ever The product will last through the party, we are very pleased with both the quality and performance. I like that the tong hangs on the side instead of being laying on a towel or something like that,
