It did not come with a shovel as described in the product I feel like it should have been better made and come with a shovel for the price it was. This is misleading!.

The ash bucket I wanted had to be different from the usual ones since I wanted it for a very special project.
I received it this morning and I am absolutely thrilled. This item is made of sturdy material. This is what I wanted a smaller ash bucket than the typical ones, but I was afraid it might be too small. I really like the shovel holder on one side. I'm sorry, but it's not. As a side note, the size is perfect. I am pleased with how sturdy the shovel is. The shovel on the bucket cannot fit in the holder on the side of the bucket due to its quarter of an inch too small size. However, since my husband and I are both craftsmen, we have tools that we can use to modify the shovel in order for it to fit. I find it to be a minor irritation. It was immediately after I opened the box and looked at everything and tested the sturdiness that I wrote the review. The shovel was not in the holder when I tried to put it in. Yet, as I said, like I said. We'll do our best to remedy that problem. In a few years, it will not look as good as it does now. But we think the shape of the shovel could be altered a little. This was a pleasant surprise I hadn't noticed upon first inspection as it all came out of the box. The paint on the stove had bubbles and chunks flaking off during the time it took me to clean the stove. This isn't the kind of paint that gets burned (hot coals). There was also a toxic smell of smoke in the house. I had to air the house out for an hour to get rid of the smell.

The only reason I gave it four stars is that there was no shovel included. I looked it up and it was described as a large black bucket with a It caught my attention, so I clicked. This showed the small bucket and shovel, but there was a place to click for the large one, so I chose that one. In the video, the shovel is shown fitting neatly into its holder on the side of the bucket. That was what made me buy it. The shovel is just a little bit bigger than the holder, as you can see in the picture. My experience with it is that it does not fit the way it is shown in the video, and I have tried it a bunch of ways. It's frustrating because I spent $25 on this because it looked convenient.

As I loved the shape of the bucket, I ordered the small one with high hopes. As soon as the bucket and shovel arrive, the shovel is too big to go in the holder on the side of the bucket. As a result, I report the product as defective, and Amazon sends me a new I guess that is the case, too. It is the same for the second, and the shovel won't When I speak to customer service via chat, they inform me that they are not able to guarantee that the product they are selling is subject to quality control or performs as advertised. Since it was an Amazon Warehouse deal, the price was good. However, the large was more expensive than the small. What the heck? There is a bracket for the included scoop, and I like the tapered shape. As well as that, it is sturdy. In it, I put ashes in a trash bag and line it with a trash bag. The thing still stays outside in case of fire, though.
When I'm not using it, the billows and dust broom are stored inside to keep them neat and tidy.
