There would be much more room than the typical microwave popcorn bag. I can pop two batches with it before the bucket is full when I use it with my hot air popper.
Having been redesigned since 2012 and no longer painted, the product is no longer painted with any colors or styles. Red and yellow colors are made of plastic made from red plastic, and yellow plastic from yellow plastic, all of which are

Having purchased 2 of these buckets, I was disappointed to find that the kernel catchers were missing, as many others had also commented. Since the kernel catchers are the whole selling point of these buckets, I'm disappointed that I now have to send them back, so I only gave My surprise was that when I went back to the manufacturer's website (Hutzler) and reordered them from there, the price was only a little bit more than half of what Amazon charges.
It had slipped out of an open bag the package was in. The insert is a great concept, but if it was really snappable into place instead of just resting loosely near the bottom of the bowl, it would be better. This does sift out most of the "old maids", but it also removes some of the smaller popped bits. With a sturdy plastic bowl that is easily washable and whose paint does not peel off, it doesn't have any issues.
Apparently, the kernel separater does not exist. The reviewer noted that in a previous review, thus inspiring my hope that it had been rectified however, the problem remained. This is wrong! There is no point in paying for the plastic container when you get nothing in return.

When it comes to the insert designed to trap miscellaneous items, Nothing to be proud of, popped kernels. The bowl has the shape of I can't think of anything else. It is too small for the small size. Make sure the measurements are correct and then grab your ruler.
First of all, it has a very cute style! It's the sifter at the bottom that's the real game changer here. My favorite food is popcorn, but I don't eat much of it because I'm always afraid that I'll accidentally crack a tooth by grabbing one of the kernels! It separates out those so that you only get fluffy popcorn (I also bought a second one for a friend with the intent of making a 'Movie Night' gift basket for her, and she loved it too!.
The item is excellent and I am very happy with it. Popcorn buckets have a cover so the kernels that don't pop drop to the bottom. I had no idea! In my position as a mom, I often worry that my daughter will try to eat the popcorn kernels, but using this bucket, I'll feel better knowing that she won't get to the kernels by just picking up.
