The shelves are very nice

shelves to hold cookbooks and cookbook holders inside of free standing kitchen islands. We loved how they looked! Our island is made from a three by six inch butcher block slab and we added wooden legs for support. We could have used a smaller slab without the legs, but we wanted the island to be large.

Those shelves aren't a match for Sandusky

There are slight differences in the size of this shelf and those in Sandusky. Even though I was able to force fit it, it would not be recommended. Furthermore, Sandusky shelves are less sturdy than this one.

The shelf was exactly as described and fit on the existing 1" legs I had. Sturdy enough to hold all of my canning supplies and sturdy enough to go with my existing shelves. When I discovered an issue with my order after over 30 days, the seller was quick to respond and address the problem. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
