Everything was in excellent shape when it arrived. It assembled with no problems for me. I am very happy with the results.
The casters of the table, as stated by other reviewers, are packed in the top. In other words, the steel has divots in it. There is nothing quality about the finish The edges and corners are not polished. You need to update steps 4 and 5 of the directions. You do not need to tighten the nut B. I am unable to give it a five-star rating due to a lack of quality control. Despite the fact it is a heavy stove, it stays stable and does not tip over with my heavy Wolf oven. As I needed to regain counter space, I was thrilled that this was the perfect size for my small.
The purpose of this purchase was to use it with my portable pizza oven on my lanai. When I unpacked the top shelf, I noticed how thin the stainless steel was, and I figured that there would be some assembly needed. As far as the oven weight (45 lbs) is concerned, I don't believe I'll have any problems with it. Aside from this, I noticed that stainless steel scratches very easily. In my opinion, scratching an outdoor table isn't a big deal at all, since I don't care about a few scuffs. In the next step, I started assembling. In order to slide the legs into the shelf, first slide the legs into the There are no markings to show where each leg should be on the frame, so you will need to use a guide or ruler to understand how to do it. A set of two hex set screws holds the sleeve together and locks in the leg. The tops of the legs should be inserted into the shelf next. The biggest problem I noticed here is. As with the space between the leg holders on the lower shelf, the leg holders on top are about an inch closer together. Although I cannot say for sure whether the leg holder supports are glued in or welded in, they look like they are attached with glue to me. As said above, a little more attention at the manufacturing facility would be nice. Fortunately the lower shelf sleeves have enough room for the legs to be adjusted to fit into the sleeves of the top shelf. A good amount of pressure and two people were needed to accomplish this task. You can now install the casters (if your model is equipped with them) once the set screws are tightened to lock the shelf in place. In order to install the expansion sleeve casters, I needed to confirm from the manufacturer how to remove the installed leg ends. It was great that they answered the phone so quickly. The screwdriver with a flat bladed tip is recommended for prying the plastic leg ends from the bottoms of the This method was easier for me because a plumbing wrench was available. By grasping and twisting, it is easy to remove the plastic leg inserts. Heavy-duty casters are easy to mount and lock in place, and they can be easily removed. In related news, the height of the cart is 37. 25 inches with the casters I think it's 3 and a half inches, Due to the fact that I have another cart that is 34" including its casters, it is very annoying to me. In general, however, the cart meets my needs and is of a reasonable quality for the price it is.
For our counter tops, we purchased the table so that there would be more space. Her medical treatment plan includes juicing fruits and vegetables every day, so we juice all vegetables and fruits for her. Our kitchen has been fitted with quite a few prep tools, so we wanted to do our best to get rid of some Having everything at the same place works well and the table is large enough so everything is within reach. is on wheels, it can easily be rolled to the island and used to make juice. We encountered a problem when we installed the wheels on the table, which made the height of the table 3 inches higher than it was before. Considering the counters and the island height (36 inches), we wanted the table to be roughly the same height as the counters and the island. The dimensions of the table were not indicated to allow casters or add extra inches at the time our order was placed. I am fortunate to have a welder for a husband, so he simply cut the legs short by three inches each. Having now set the table to the desired height (as stated on the product information), the height is beautiful. Our first reason for not returning this item was that the table was very heavy and we had not planned on returning it If the return shipping had been costly, then it would have been prohibitive. I'm happy with the table. It's serving the purpose it was intended for, and looks nice. Just make sure you account for the extra inches for the wheels when ordering it. Not everyone is lucky to have a welder for a husband.
Having this in my small kitchen allows me to easily have a "chopping station. ". My favorite thing about this counter is that I can add counter space when I need it and take it away when I'm finished. There is only one drawback, however the wheels do not stay in place. In order to make the leg fit tighter, I used a couple of tissues on each side and then cut them off.
This product meets its advertised specifications.
This is a very sturdy product. I needed a small kitchen and this is just right. My favorite feature is the casters that let me move the chair easily.
