I've been very happy with this new sink, and it's a great buy with its You need to be aware that the mounting brackets, although sturdy, will not hold your sink tightly to the wall, nor will they prevent either upward or horizontal A set of elbows will be required most often for connections to be made screwed the sink to the backsplash, which I attached to the studs on both sides. I also added a 16 inch "backsplash" (scrap Corian cut from 1/2" pieces of sheet goods) this solved these issues. Using that technique, I was able to remove a small piece of drywall and insert braided supply hoses in the wall, looping them through four holes in the backsplash, and connecting the hoses to the wall. Besides the sheet metal screws from the back, I installed two sheet metal screws from the front of the sink to lock it Even though it took a lot of work, it provides a solid, removable mount. It also saves time and money by not having to buy.
But the handles are not the same as the ones shown It is actually a knob, not a lever handle. It would be better to use levers in cases where your hands are greasy or wet. I found this to be satisfactory and it was delivered in a timely manner.
This is the ideal size for a small cabin bathroom without taking up too much space. I like the way the sink is made and how light it is. It is not the faucet shown in the picture that ships with the sink. Due to that, I removed a star from my rating. The knobs don't look like levers and they're round instead. My goal was to find the lever handles, so now my quest is.
It's small and cheap. Since I couldn't find a sink that small anywhere else, I bought it. It also has other problems, such as holes in the sink that are too large for the 1/2" faucet, so it doesn't fit well, and the handles have two levers, but they both turn in opposite directions, so it's impossible to put on. The simplest solution would be to buy a better sink from a restaurant supply store if it will fit in your kitchen.
This sink is nice for its own sake, but the back is shallow so that you can make connections to a As you can see in the picture, this faucet had round style knobs instead of the one in the picture. The mount does not touch the wall very closely. In other words, how much are you expecting to pay?.
Despite only 5 months of use, the faucet stems on both the hot and cold sides are worn out. tried to contact the seller, but I did not receive any feedback. The manufacturer told me I would have to buy a replacement after I contacted them directly by phone.
I installed this sink and faucet 6 months ago and have been using it heavily ever since. I recommend this item over similar items elsewhere, as it is much more durable.
