GREAT NORTHERN POPCORN COMPANY 6210 Pop Heaven Commercial Quality Popcorn Popper Machine, 12 Ounce

Because of the numerous negative reviews, I was a little hesitant to spend all of my money on this machine. I haven't had the machine long enough to know if it will rust or break. I'll have more to say about that as time goes on. br>For the time being, all I can say is that it makes excellent popcorn and does so in a timely manner. This is for my Home Theater and I don't own a business or anything like that. However, when compared to Nostalgia Electrics, it is a little too big. br>Update on July 27th: The machine is still in excellent condition, as it was when I purchased it in February. I only use popcorn and coconut oil in the machine, and I salt the popcorn in my containers rather than in the machine; I used to salt the popcorn in the warming main area of the machine, but found it difficult to clean afterwards (especially if you're like me and make popcorn on Saturday and finish it on Sunday: P)br>At this point, I'm thinking about purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. a mixture of popping corn and oil will see.

After a few months, the kettle became unusable. It's not even going to heat up. The warranty they provide is false. Although it says five years, the fine print says 30 days on "consumable parts," which is pretty much everything else. This brand is NOT to be trusted; the quality is HORRIBLE. This is a purchase that I deeply regret. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> We purchased a second kettle, which has also failed to heat. The most crucial component is not covered by the warranty-- the pot of water BUYING SOMETHING YOU WILL REGRET IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.

We were unsure about the power plug end because it appears the product is made in China, but the plug was fine (3 prong), so I am attaching a picture for people who have the same question. The old machine was a Gold Medal brand that lasted almost 16 years, but when looking for a replacement, the Gold Medal brand was almost twice the price as the Great Northern brand. I read the reviews on this machine, which aided me in making the decision to switch to a different brand, Great Northern. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I first tested out my new machine at home and was very pleased with it. I let the pot heat for 4 minutes before adding the kernels and oil, and I had a beautiful batch of movie theater style popcorn in under 3 minutes. I'm taking it to church tonight, and I'm sure the kids will be overjoyed to have popcorn once more.

It has made me very happy. 7/30/18 Updatebr>I just wanted to update this because I've been using it for two years and I'm still very happy with it and would recommend it to others. I broke one of the glass doors, and the company promptly responded to my email, and I was able to order a replacement for around $20. When you need it, you can count on great service. The supplier had nothing to do with the broken door; it was entirely my fault. This machine is amazing. br>7/6/2016br> It has made me very happy. On these machines, I conducted extensive research. I'm happy with my choice; I've only used it once, so I'm hoping to keep it for a long time for personal use in a theater room. br>The package arrived in good condition. I should also mention that the machine was shipped from the factory in VERY GOOD CONDITION. I've attached a few photos. You must first install the doors (which is a simple task), followed by the kettle (which is also a simple task). In addition, they include four plastic covers for the top corners. It only took a minute to put everything together. br>I cleaned the inside of the machine before turning it on and making my first batch. The water in the kettle heats up quickly. I like the size of the kettle because it has more surface area on the bottom to heat and pop the corn than other kettles. The kettle also appears to be well-made and sturdy. br>I was surprised to receive some "bonus" items such as a scope, salt shaker measuring cups, and plastic popcorn boxes (3). br>I think this 12oz popper is a good overall size and pops a lot of popcorn in a short amount of time. br>I recommend it. The doors had to be adjusted with a screw to get them to close perfectly. br>br>Finally, the doors had to be adjusted with a screw to get them to close perfectly. It was used for a large event with no problems. The product was delivered early, with some damage and other issues. When I contacted Amazon, the problem was immediately resolved. I finished the repairs and tested the popper, and it worked perfectly. I used it for a large event and had no problems, and I've used it a few more times, including an elementary school festival where we popped about 30 pounds of popcorn nonstop without any problems. Great product; the popcorn heater is a big improvement over the previous machine, and the fan to blow out the smell of popping corn attracts people in. I'd buy it again, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a bigger popper. Great product, but Amazon really helped us out with our purchase.

This is an excellent machine; we have five others, and this one pops the popcorn kernels the fastest and in the largest and fluffiest size.
