This isn't the same "Steel" as your father's

Magnets do not adhere to these surfaces. As a result, they must contain a lot of chromium and/or nickel. br>I'm going to use these for acid dyeing yarn, so I'm not sure if that's a good thing- Other metals aren't allowed to be used- It was supposed to have "stainless steel," but that's all I could come up with. br>They carry out their responsibilities- Just remember to remove the plastic stickers from the pans' bottoms before using them.
