DESIGN The cast iron grates provide attractive grill marks to your burgers and steaks with a countertop design. This model features a 24" wide cooking area and four heavy duty adjustable Not only can these grates be easily removed, but they can also be angled to direct oil and grease to the drip tray for easy cleaning, as well as being able to be placed atop existing work tables and chef bases to maximize the use of your space.

The removable full-width waste tray located inside the unit makes it easier to clean and to handle, since it can be adjusted to allow you to collect excess oil after it drains from the grill. It comes with adjustable feet so you can tailor the height and width of your countertop griddle based on your specific needs and space in your kitchen.

FAST COOKING This unit has (2) 35,000 BTU burners. The individual controls make it easy to adjust the temperature and the ON/OFF functionality adds another level of precision to the cooking process. We offer a charbroiler that can cook burgers, steaks, and other high demand foods and keep up with your busiest hours. (This unit ships ready for a natural gas connection, but can be converted to accept liquid propane.)
