Bunn wants to charge for the service, which worked flawlessly for three weeks before failing to cool. Bunn stated that the parts were covered under warranty, but the service was not, and that he would have to charge to get it back up and running.

I bought this Granita machine from Bunn on May 23, 2012, and I do not recommend it

One side stopped working a week after I received it (I was making frozen lemonade with both sides). I took it to the repairman, assuming that because it had only been working for a week, it would be covered by the warranty. Because BUNN refused to fix the machine, I had to pay an additional $320 to have it fixed. BUNN PRODUCTS ARE NOT TO BE PURCHASED - THEY DO NOT BACK UP THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. IF IT GIVES UP THE FIGHT - YOU ARE ENTIRELY ON YOUR OWN. br>br>THERE ARE MANY OTHER GRANITA MACHINERY MANUFACTURERS - INSIST ON GOING WITH THEM.
