There is no way I can tell. Possibly, spraying them with Pam or another spray would give them a longer-lasting effect, but they are so small they would not make a significant difference. The size of the capsules is perfect for giving one or two As for baking them, they are paper and I'm not sure if they can withstand the heat of an oven.
My first impression is that they are like a piece of paper
Additionally, the size of the cups I received was too small among the mixed nut cups I ordered. I thought the mixed nuts would be a bit smaller than they are.
I ordered a and that seems to be the perfect size. The food portion for your oz is the same as half a cup, so I think you're on target. Hope it works out for you

These are used daily by me right now. I purchased them for packaging walnuts covered in maple syrup from time to time in my crock pot (found a recipe online). Using these little cups, a group of people could serve each other nuts. Amongst the other uses I've found, there are a number of interesting ones. I have plenty of food to last me.
The liquid will seep through over time if you pour and drink it right away. Bought to make jelly over the counter. A huge percentage of each cup leaked out inside the cup before becoming firm gélatine. This is an epic.

There is only one negative opinion I can provide During the removal process, I found it helpful to make a couple of small cuts in the sides, about a 14" apart. You'll be able to pop them out once you figure it.
Jello shots were served in these cups. Initially, all of the cups stuck to the plate, but once they were tugged a little, they loosened from the jello below. It is the easiest to remove the jello out of these cups, but they can be a bit messy if you don't clean them up right away.
There should be a change in As far as I can tell, this didn't work for jello shots and I imagine it wouldn't be good for any other kind of liquid except perhaps mouthwash since the liquid isn't kept in there for very During use, the cup leaked out after 5 minutes and ruined all my Jello shots. Now I have lots of.
In order to sample ice cream, I used these. It was a very environmentally friendly choice over plastic and I am very happy with my choice. This is definitely the paper I will use instead of plastic from now on!.
Our Holiday Open House will make perfect use of this size for dipping sauces. As a cupcake paper, it worked well too. They are the perfect size for those who like full size cupcakes and miniature It takes about 3 minutes to make Take a bite of the that.
