Though the shipping box arrived in good condition, the original plastic packaging was ripped like someone had opened it earlier. I am very sorry that I have to return this product. There were also some missing parts, such as twine & cord I love sticker-making. When I checked the description and the item, it said it included twine & I love sticker-making.
