If it wasn't square, this could not be used for pizza. I would say it's pretty small. The pizza would hang over the edge, but there would be 2 hotdogs and a handful of chips. Their lip keeps things in place, which is nice, but it also means that they are much smaller than they use to be.

They were purchased for use as microgreen plants, so they were immersed in constant moist temperature for 12 days. Not only did they remain thick and sturdy, but they also didn't leak. It takes about three weeks for them to break down with soil in them, so I let them sit with soil in them for a while to see how long they last. During the composting process, they begin to disintegrate, not just tear apart, so one can cope with it at home. In light of our experience, we feel very confident in recommending them for food service use.
Well made, sturdy, and well packaged, this product is a good buy. I was surprised to find the room much smaller than I had expected. The container was barely large enough to hold a hot dog and a medium slice of watermelon, despite being measured correctly. I found it to be too small to fulfill my needs.
A sampler tray of oysters or cocktail party would be ideal for these. A strong and attractive personality.
Compared to regular paper plates, this was a welcome change.
