I didn't want to use and throw away plastic spoons, so I figured these would be ideal; however, the concept of using wooden spoons was fantastic, but the product was not. I've never had to remove so many splinters in my life, and they weren't just a few. It had been the whole package! I attempted to employ them, but the situation quickly became absurd. as well as excruciating I finally got rid of them. I would expect a product intended for consumption to be of higher quality. These are not something I would buy for my children.
Because I enjoy soup, I was accustomed to purchasing large quantities of plastic spoons in order to eat with them wherever I went, but I was unknowingly contributing to global contamination. Everything has changed for me and my meals since I began using these wood spoons, which are biodegradable and do not harm the environment, as well as being very cool and ideal for eating a variety of foods. Don't think twice about purchasing them!.
I'm concerned about how much plastic is used on a daily basis in every family. I believe the majority of them are unaware of the harm they are causing to our environment. As a result, my family and I have decided to stop using plastic spoons, and we now use these wood spoons every day. I encourage everyone else to follow suit and not be afraid of change. One good product, such as this, has the potential to alter the course of our planet's destiny.
I'm glad they're recyclable, but I wasn't expecting the smooth "slippy" sensation I get when the spoon's bottom hits my lip like it does with metal or plastic spoons. I'm not sure if that's typical of these types of compostable spoons or if it's unique to this particular brand, but it was a pleasant surprise (albeit one that makes perfect sense in retrospect). This isn't a splinter-free environment. y or anything like that, but the slight roughness takes some time to get used to.
It has a distinct woody feel and flavor. I'm not a huge fan of them; they're functional, but the wood is difficult to get past. All of the previous reviews that mention splinters stick with you. So that's another image you'll have a hard time removing from your mind.
I used to eat my lunches at work with plastic spoons or go to the beach with friends with plastic spoons, and it didn't make me feel good. br>br>I knew deep down that all that plastic would end up in the trash and harm the planet, and it made me feel guilty about where I live. br>br>That is why these lovely products are the best option, and you can use them without regret! Everyone should do the same, in my opinion.
The spoons were perfect for making flavored dipped chocolate spoons. The spoons' bowls could be a little deeper, but that's fine. br>br>I chose them instead of using plastic because I didn't want to use it.
The best time I had with these spoons was when I shared a dessert with my friends at home; they absolutely loved them and had nothing but positive things to say about them!.
