I just checked, they are paper [no loading up needed]. All the time I use Dixie, knock off brands are not even close. There isn't a way to give 5 stars unless you double plate or bowel up and then they are The way it is is the way it is, and most people realize **I cannot ignore the fact that my package containing the Dixie plates and bowels was delivered two days ago, both by USPS and Amazon. The package got delivered today, two days after I placed the order. It's time for tracking to be sorted out. It is not our fault the paper products were defective, but the shipping details did not score a 1*. Dixie is my favorite and I have been a customer for many years!.
When I bought these bowls by mistake, I thought they were the same ones I had previously purchased (which were much larger). You can enjoy them for small snacks or as children's treats since they're made with the wonderful quality that Dixie is known for. It is true that if you want a bowl of soup you might want to buy the bigger bowls, but I am still happy for the serendipity and I like the bowl.
I like the size of them. For 1 serving size, they are the perfect size for snacks, cereal, and anything else you need.
Those are the new cat dishes I swapped for the stainless steel ones. Once they have been used, they go into the trash can.
