I'm guessing it depends on what you're going to do with it. The official purpose of freezer paper (hence the name) is to wrap food in before freezing. It's a heavy-duty white. While my grandmother used to rinse ziplock bags, paper plates, and plastic utensils, it always made me feel a little queasy. I doubt you'd be able to clean it thoroughly enough to re-use it. If it was used to wrap food for freezing, it can be reused. But it's for making sewing patterns that I use it for. When you iron the plastic coating onto a piece of fabric, it melts slightly, allowing you to cut around it. During the last 15 months, I've made hundreds of masks and cut out 6-inch masks. At a time, 8 pattern pieces from a 12-piece set are cut out. a square of freezer paper (approximately 12 inch by 12 inch) I keep using it until there are so many fibers on it that it no longer sticks, at which point I discard it and cut out new pieces. So, while that may be more than you requested, my response is food: no, patterns for sewing: yes!
We've received ours! Everything is in place! No problem at all! This stuff is fantastic for keeping baked goods fresh on the counter, as well as the body butter bars I make that I keep refrigerated!
It's for solid food; wrap portions in paper, write down the freezing date, and store in the freezer. It's also great for wrapping cheese and other foods that need to be kept in the fridge, such as cheese, because it keeps the humidity in the fridge.
