It's not clear whether it's available in brown. My freezer paper was white; if you need brown, you'll have to look for it elsewhere.

When meat is on sale or clearance, I like to buy a lot and freeze it. I used Reynold's freezer paper for a long time, but it's become increasingly expensive, difficult to find, and, more importantly, a pain to use. Eventually, the box would break, the cutter would stop working, or the paper would tear. It took a long time to complete the process. I found myself putting off doing it and occasionally had to throw something away as a result. I was hesitant to purchase this cutter and paper due to the high price and the fact that I was used to the extremely thick Reynold's paper and assumed it must be superior because it was so thick. I no longer dread or avoid the process because it is so much easier to use. I'll be able to cut the paper one-by-one. I use my left hand the majority of the time and have never had a dull cutter. I'm also happy that the paper is thinner because it's easier to work with and fold because it's not as stiff. Even if I use more paper, I figure I'm saving money due to the amount of paper wasted and the amount of time it saves.
The meat wrapper I ordered from Amazon has exceeded my expectations. It was delivered on time, and the items I ordered were in perfect condition. And anyone who wants to wrap their own meat should try this. I already had an 18-inch wrapper from Amazon, and now that I have this 15-inch wrapper, I can buy meat on sale and also order meat from my local butcher at a significant discount, cut it myself, and wrap it at home. I can freezer wrap it the way I want because the paper isn't very expensive. The next item on my to-do list is to get a mid-range grinder and stop paying more than $4 for it. For hamburger meat, the price is $. 00 per pound.
Last year, we began deer and hog processing on our own. Keeping up with a roll of butcher's paper and cutting it straight was the most difficult part. Then figuring out how to store it in the most efficient manner possible. All of these issues were resolved by using this rack/cutter. It's made of thick metal with a good protective layer, and it's extremely durable. Given the low price, I expected it to be of lower quality. I can't think of anything negative to say about this product; my family and I are extremely happy with it in every way.
Because their holes do not line up with studs, I used self tappers to mount them on the wall. The so-called paper cutter, on the other hand, is a piece of metal that is duller than a butter knife, with no attempt to sharpen the edge.
One of the best pieces of processing/packing equipment I've ever purchased. This, like all of my LEM products, performs admirably, and if you do your own butchering and grinding, it's a must-have.
Ideal for deer and other wild game processing.
Simple paper dispenser of good quality. Because mine was crooked, each piece of paper is crooked as well. However, this isn't a major issue.
