In our electric smoker, I wrapped brisket with this paper. I think we wrapped it around 180 degrees, but I'm not sure. Then I wrapped myself up and finished smoking. It was suggested that it be used instead of foil wrap when smoking. I imagine you could use it on any type of meat. Beef, more than any other meat, dries out more quickly. It was also seen being used in a wood smoker by a pro smoker.
1 3/16" is one inch and three sixteenths of an inch.
Unlike most freezer paper, this one does not have a wax coating. You can do so, but only for a short period of time. This is designed to be porous so that you can smoke it.
There is no storage box included.

I really like how it turned out! It's simple but elegant, not to mention less expensive than wrapping paper. On Amazon, you can get a set with a lot of different colored ribbon for a low price. This stuff lasts a long time! I wrapped several gifts and not one of them ripped or had a hole in it. It really brings out the different colors of the ribbons. On each gift, I used two different colored ribbons, but in the same color family (dark green and light green, hot pink and light pink, baby blue and navy blue, and so on). They came out beautifully! The only thing I'll need next time is a roll that's at least 6" wider, if not a full foot. This particular roll worked perfectly for all of the gifts except one; because it didn't work for that one, I'm going to get a wider, but shorter, roll. I was able to make it work for that one gift; however, it did not look as nice as the others. I'm just overjoyed, and I'm kicking myself for not having done this sooner!.
the tits! I don't have any pictures of me using the product; instead, I have pictures of the finished product, which keeps well. Plus, keeping anything wrapped in butcher paper in a low oven for gentle reheating is a must! br>Because the paper is so thick, you can wrap whatever you're cooking tightly without fear of it ripping like foil. br>The price was also excellent, so there was no reason to delay in trying this product.
I reordered this paper from Amazon using the "buy it again" button. The one on the right has a softer feel and a pink undertone than the one on the left. The new one on the left is rough and clearly brown (I didn't order pink). Both of my orders' descriptions were identical, so I double-checked them. It's good paper, but I'm not happy with it because my old one was much nicer for wrapping presents. Co. 's Name Unlike before, there was also a void. I have no idea what happened.
I don't think I'll buy another roll for a while because this one is quite large, and the paper is quite thick. The first time I used this paper, I double rolled the brisket, and based on the thickness, it appears that double rolling was the best option. The brisket's juices were mostly contained in the first paper layer after wrapping, but a little leaked out during the rest of the process, and the second roll saved a messy cooler. Overall, the product is well-made and provides excellent value.
It was sturdy and performed admirably. The ribs were tender, juicy, and had a lovely color with a slight bark to them. I used it for a Tri tip as well. It received an A+ in the newspaper. Simply delicious on top of a barky crust. This is a fantastic addition to my grilling arsenal.
It's what I use to protect my handmade crafts and picture frames from scratches and dents when I move them.
Although it appears to be the correct product, the "Bryco" label is missing. When I used it on a pork butt, it pulled a lot better than when I didn't use it. Because it was fulfilled by Amazon and shipped in a box, I had no issues with shipping.
It does what it's supposed to do, though when wrapping a brisket, you'll need to use two sheets side by side, but other than that, it's good stuff, and I'll buy it again.
