My 76-year-old father was in town for a visit and reached for a paper towel from the holder. He's already employing the pick-up technique. At his house, he has a lot of different sizes, so you'd think that tear-resistant clothing would be a good idea. Isn't it a stretch to call it square? br>br>This is incorrect. He was perplexed. br>br> I'm perplexed, to say the least! "What the hell is this new-fangled technology?" What is this newfangled contraption? What would you do with such a small piece? "br>So, here are some of the many applications: Dinner napkins, coasters, silverware polishing, purse napkins (women know what I'm talking about), homemade wet wipes to keep in your purse, and make-up remover up remover towelettes, something to blow your nose with when you're out of kleenex but don't want to waste an entire paper towel, and so much more br>br>After that explanation, what did he do? He snatched thirty sheets and stalked away, referring to me as a crazed millennial. For the record, I'm forty years old, but I don't think the Baby Boomers give a damn. br>br>All I know is that I'm relieved that Amazon has reintroduced these to the Subscribe service. I can't live without my tiny Brawny Paper Towel sheets! XOXOXO.

They do a fantastic job with paper towels. After I've washed my hands, they dry them for me. If I spill beer, they clean it up. They can also be ripped down to half the size of other size-adjustable paper towels. These are the paper towels that you've been looking for.

Despite my firm belief that neither paper towels nor the truth can be stretched, an Amazon seller claims that this product can be magically doubled using the company logic that since each approx. By tearing each sheet into an 11 inch X 5 1/2 ", you automatically get double the number of sheets, and a package of 6 rolls provides double the number of sheets, so abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra - abra cadabra, you now have 12 rolls for the price of 6, come on, pulling a rabbit out of a hat is much more magical. The Seller has been given one bright rated star for this botched attempt at deception. Shame on you, shame on you, shame on you, shame on you, shame on This attempt to deceive Amazon customers is unworthy of a major corporation like Brawney?.

I can't believe I'm writing a review on paper towels, but these are by far the best we've tried, as evidenced by our repeat orders. I consider myself to be budget-conscious, but I've been swayed by weekly store specials on paper towels on numerous occasions, only to discover that I use twice as much, twice as quickly. First and foremost, square towels are extremely absorbent, and second, because you can rip off a small square, they are extremely cost effective. I can't tell you how many times I've ripped a whole sheet of paper towel just to wipe a drop of sauce off the counter in the past.

Brawny was my only weapon of choice in the past. Because I clean houses, I'm constantly in need of paper towels. They were on auto-ship and had already failed to arrive twice because they were out of stock. And while I understand that this can happen, what irritates me the most is the current quality. With each shipment, the quality only deteriorated further. I've gone through 5 rolls of this last 2 pack shipment and had to go buy a different brand because the absorbency is poor and they now leave fuzz on everything they touch. I'll also add that the price gouging on this product is outrageous! I was paying $22 for a product that had recently risen to $54 when I checked the other day. Please, Amazon—- If you can suspend an account for "excessive returns," perhaps you should invest in quality control so you don't ship out junk that needs to be returned! My membership is up for renewal next month, and I'm seriously considering it.

I gave these paper towels a try because they were the only ones I could find in stock. Sparkle is what I usually get, and this is how I compare the two: PROS - br>br> TEXTURE AND ABSORBENCY TEXTURE AND ABSORBENCY TEXTURE AND ABSORBENCY TEXTURE AND ABSORBENCY TEXTURE AND ABSOR Sparkle and Brawny both appeal to me, but I prefer Brawny. br>br>ROLL SIZING - FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS A GOOD SIZE ROLL. br>br>SHEET SIZE OPTION - I adore the fact that I have the ability to tear a little or a lot. I had more options thanks to BRAWNY. BRAWNY lets me take just a little bit, a small sheet, or more when I only need a LITTLE piece. br>br>VALUE FOR MONEY - It depends on which one is on sale, but they are pretty comparable. I like the size of the rolls and the price. br>br>If Brawny and Sparkle were the same price, I would choose Brawny.

I believe I am able to save money by not having to use an entire towel when it is not required. Also, the size of the napkins is ideal.

I can't believe I'm writing a review for paper towels, but they're terrible. I usually buy Bounty, but since Bounty was supposedly out of stock, Amazon chose these for me as a replacement. Smaller squares appealed to me, but because these do not tear along the seam, you have no control over the size you receive and you will not receive a square. They're also a little rough, so wiping your hands or face with them isn't pleasant. They aren't something I would buy again.
