The filters had to be bought
This is not a coffee filter, but rather a box of 50 of them. It's great that this system can filter the grease and fry while keeping it clean. It's necessary to catch the grease in a large pan.

As a matter of fact, 10" filters will fit. The Cone Filters 50 per box I purchased on Amazon were $14 from Continental. Filtration of maple syrup using these filters and this grease cone rack has worked well for me this spring. I needed a funnel to deglaze the pan to boil maple sap down into I think it would be great if I was the only one to do it. As well, I give it a 5 star rating.

This rack is awesome! There's just something about this thing that I like. We can reuse the sieve instead of holding it over a pan and preparing maple syrup the old fashioned way. The hands are free and there are Do yourself a favor and grab.
In addition to these racks with cone filters, I use them to finish the process of filtering my maple syrup. Filtering is much simpler and easier with this system since I don't need to hold cheesecloth over a pot with three extra pairs of hands. A nice job of cleaning up.
A large cloth filter is what I need when filtering maple syrup and this rack will accommodate it perfectly. It is large, so that is what I was looking for. Despite giving five stars, I cannot give it 5 stars for the following reasons I don't have a container of any kind deep enough to fit the frame despite the exact measurements being given. It keeps leaning over in all the things I have to put it in, so I can't love it.

I used this along with the cooking oil filters to help preserve our cooking oil for the big.
It’s a great filter that keeps all the little particles out, so you can use grease again and Heating it before putting it through the filters is a good idea. Then it will go through more easily.
