If you only want the water, this is a good option

If you only want the filter, this is a bad option. There are a lot of parts in these, both good and bad. They're all disassembled, making it simple to clean while also making it simple to misplace pieces. There's a notched part, and it won't work if it's not in the right place. Using these, I managed to break a couple of filters. I'm not sure if it was because of too much force or because the holder was put together incorrectly. These fit perfectly with Whatman GF/F filters, thanks to a grooved plastic plate that sits on top of the filter and nestles against it. If the only thing you care about is the filtered water, this is a good option. However, do not use these if you want the filter (chlorophyll analysis, particulate analyses, and so on). The grooved plastic plate that sits on top of the filter, and thus some of your sample, sticks to it. The filter tore when I tried it without that plate. They are less expensive than swinnex holders, but they are more finicky and are not suitable for use with filters.
