I do not recommend this filter paper

You'll have to wait forever for the filter because it's too thick and doesn't let enough liquid through. You should stick to VWR. Despite the price being competitive, the quality was excellent.

Caustics should only be used with caution

A highly caustic solution seems to be difficult to handle in the paper. It is, therefore, unsuitable for filtering freshly prepared solutions of KOH, NaOH, and LiOH. In this case, lithium hydroxide eats a lot of lunch.
