I've had no problems with them on my boost controller.
As long as the breather vent does not come into contact with the drinking water, everything is fine. Because these vents are not made of low-lead brass, they should not be used near drinking water.

Good quality and exact replacement for a vacuum solenoid in a carpet cleaning machine. The fit is good, and the price of ten dollars is a good deal. Without a doubt, I would purchase again.
On my 1955 International Harvester 300 Utility tractor, I used this to replace the hydraulics breather filter. Replaces a much bulkier and clog-prone breather tube that screws right into the breather hole under the seat. This is a no longer available cylindrical filter that is prone to blockage.
