My refund is on its way. As a result, the gauges had cracked faceplates when it arrived. When we wrote to ask if we could just get new faceplates, they could not get us that and advised us simply to return them and get new ones instead In the past, we have returned these things and received a refund, but we didn't want to repeat the same mistake.
For many years, this regulator has maintained propane pressure in a metal melting furnace while feeding a burner at a high rate. I have purchased two of these pressure regulators and I am very happy with their quality.
