In fact, yes. A regulator will exactly supply the pressure you set as long as the supply pressure is greater than the setting on the regulator. Nevertheless, large changes in pressure or sudden swings may damage the regulator if they occur abruptly or at a rate higher than the design value.

On arrival, the box was broken

My refund is on its way. As a result, the gauges had cracked faceplates when it arrived. When we wrote to ask if we could just get new faceplates, they could not get us that and advised us simply to return them and get new ones instead In the past, we have returned these things and received a refund, but we didn't want to repeat the same mistake.

The regulator works very well

For many years, this regulator has maintained propane pressure in a metal melting furnace while feeding a burner at a high rate. I have purchased two of these pressure regulators and I am very happy with their quality.

This is exactly what I need for the propane forge that I am building. I can see the pressure in the bottle and at the burner easily. A friend of mine would recommend it even if I buy it again myself.
