Parts need to be replaced

One of the 5/16 washers in the box was missing. Shipping was done in cardboard with gaps on one side. The Amazon envelope was not completely sealed as well. Because there were only 5 or less stars missing, I gave it 3 stars. Overall, I am still satisfied with.
