The Washers that I glue under miniatures have a small base on the bottom

A small base that I glue under miniatures to act as a washer. The D&D Pathfinder and Dungeons & Dragons use this for many of their games The miniatures come in D. My attempts at playing them on the minis of board games have yet to be successful. It has a tiny magnet in the middle in order to allow multi-action Magnetism on the surface of the earth. BR* BR* BR*.
