According to my estimate, the wing is about 4 to 6 feet long. Five eighths of an inch wide by seven sixteenths of an inch There are no scratches on this quarter It is about 1/2" long, and has 20 screws.

It is used for Joetisserie basket thumbscrews need to be replaced with any type that won't tear up the basket

Receiving such a nice piece of hardware was nice. We were glad to be able to get this quickly, but it was still quite expensive.

Stainless steel has a very soft feel to it

It is a very soft steel for stainless steel. Compared with cold rolled steel, it is even softer. of these became festered in the steel due to the mushrooming over.
