How do these bars fit in with the 2020 brand from 80/20?

T nuts can be found in two sizes of metric aluminum extrusions. However, this T nut cannot be used with the 20mm x 20mm 80/20 brand aluminum extrusion from the picture, The 80/20 brand for 1" X 1" T-shirts is a good choice and you may even be able to make it work It is a slotted profile.

Would anyone be able to verify that they work in 20mm V-groove Is it possible to use the openbuilds slot?

Definitely, I use them with my open build aluminum and have had no problems with them

My disappointment stems from the fact that I had hoped for a better outcome

After the frame was assembled, I actually was able to slip the very loose fittings in. Because I was expecting a better / tighter fit, I was disappointed. In my opinion, I'd have preferred to have to disassemble the frame in order to insert a new nut than to have all that wiggle room.

The t-shirt is of poor quality The tapped holes of some nuts are not perpendicular to the outer surface. The ones I still use are the ones I did when I was in grad school. I didn't need to be very accurate as part of the project I was working on.

It might have been done with the best intentions, but if you perfume your product well, it will cause a major headache (literally)

Product (metal nuts) was good, but came heavily perfumed, to the point I had to put them outside.

The 20mm extrusions do not work with all of them

This group consists of them. The 20mm extrusions do not work with all of them. Those fitting in the openbuilds' ones fit fine in the 8020's ones, but not the 20mm's.

The word I used was There were numerous untapped ends in the package, which meant I had to disassemble one end to replace it and slide past some existing components
