It will take time to see if the coating is as good as it appears to be. Spring nuts are available in a 5 count bag at our store that's intended for industrial use. Having said that, I have no knowledge of whether these would stand up to harsh chemicals, but I am using them in my basement for tables and shelving, so they are not in a hazardous chemical warehouse according to OSHA regulations. I therefore do not have anything to do with that. One hundred count was almost totally used and I had no issues with threads not being good or ones being too thick to fit in narrower channels. The price point at which these are offered will make me buy more of them. It is a great value in comparison with the price of 5 in a bag you can find at the You won't need a hundred if you don't think you will use them Your voice will be heard!.
They're half the price of the strut nuts that you'll find at Lowe's or Home Depot and you don't have to take There is a small difference in thickness, however. For me, it's nothing to worry about.
