The inside measurements are from the top to the bottom of the eye. The top of the eye is 1 3/16 IN The inside of the eye is 15/16 IN and the bottom is 3/4 IN.

That's a nice set of Make sure all threads are clean. So I can have additional tie-down points on my truck, I used mine as the nut to mount my ladder rack You can outline the down points below. Worked like a charm. The first job they did was transporting 800 lb engine, and they were perfect for the job.
