This nail is the nail for flooring, they arrived sooner than expected, and yes, it is the nail for flooring. If you use anything else, don't use it. shorter ones, but aside from the drilling, I found that I needed to countersink just a little, like an eighth of an inch A good rule of thumb is to say so. As a multi-purpose user, I use the following tools The step bit or hole enlarger bit was used in conjunction with a 7/16 drill bit, resulting in a snug drive and flush finish. Hard to pull out and/or bend, so be sure to get it right on the first try. Can't recommend it enough. You can get better results if you pay more and get the right stuff.

Hardwood nail for flooring is great. A twist was necessary for the floor to be held down securely. When putting down the board, I made a mistake, and I was forced to cut a few of them. They are not easy to cut. At a local hardware store, you will have a hard time finding it.
