There are no brass covers in any license plate mounting kits that I have for the brass license plate frame I have. I was looking for something that would fit nicely with 1/4 screws, and this works perfectly.

Horrendous customer service and false advertising re shipping costs. Buyer beware, this is a Chinese outfit. It was the worst Amazon experience I've ever had, and you should consider other options. Due to its poor experience, Amazon is also likely to lose my business.
