You will need to see your manual and order the proper gauge of nail pins from Meite should you decide to use them. Wire nails can be used with our Max pin nailer however, if you use ours, please consult our manual.
If you have a question about Grex, not Amazon, you should contact them. The nails are clearly marked with arrows on the side, as shown in the diagram. Downward is the direction of the arrow. No directions are marked if there are no arrows indicating direction, so maybe the manufacturer made a mistake and didn't make such a mark. The backward direction of the bullets could cause them to curl up upon entering the chamber. However, it would be best to email Grex with your question. The nails we have on all our nail guns and pin guns have directional markings for a reason, and they are marked as such on the guns.

Locally, I was not able to find pin nails longer than 7/8", which is the maximum that can easily be handled by my pin nailer. These are probably my life's supply, but they came in handy when I needed them.
