Questions & Answers

Are you sure that it is compatible with the 20v Porter Cable ?

As long as it takes 18 gauge brad nails that are the right length, it will work

What country do they come from? Where are they made?

A Chinese national

Does this work with a Metabo or Hitachi ?

That's right, they should do that. have used them in a Ridgid brad nailer and they have worked well.

To stay in place, do these nails have a coating like the Bostitch nails?

All similar brads and finishing nails in stainless steel are glued together with an adhesive and the coating itself acts as an adhesion agent. A vinyl coat in brite or galvanized nails can be used by Bostitch. Stainless steel is also adhered to by the same adhesive or a similar one.

You are most likely not to get 10 strips but rather multiple small strips (since the strips arrived damaged)
3/5

Time will tell if the durability will be there in the long run. Is that why there are only There were over half of the strips that were broken In exchange for that price, I would expect 10 strips with 100 nails each and not 20+ strips with random amounts of nails (because some of those are broken). The thing that upsets me is how unnecessary reloading of the nail gun will be (no, I don't load several strips full of nails to reduce jamming risk).

You can see them as nails
5/5

Steel is what they are made of. Living 500 feet from the Pacific Ocean, every nail on the inside of my house must be made of stainless steel, otherwise it will disintegrate within two All types of steel are not as durable as galvanized.

Worked for me
5/5

My Ryobi battery powered tool was used to take these pictures. There's no problem at all. I find it hard to say whether they are actually stainless steel. This had a funny color to it. There is no way to know for sure.

4/5

Living in salt air, stainless steel is the only option. I pay a little more for it, but I feel confident in its performance. I found it to be useful. They look like brad nails and are very It is possible to ricochet by nailing into a knot. Once or twice, the birds almost flew back at me.

For Cedar projects, stainless steel is a good choice
5/5

If you work with cedar, you'll want to use stainless steel The galvanized nails leave stains over time as galvanized leaves, so these nails are a better alternative to them. Although the clip seems to be unable to stay closed, this is still an impressive carry belt clip - albeit at a cost. I received my order opened with a hole in it, but the plastic packaging kept the contents together.
