A caliper shows that the 4 1/2 in is actually 4 35/64, so just over 4 inches. About five inches. In your case, an 8'' ubolt would simply fit if the diameter of your fence post is 8''. Are there any animals behind that fence, maybe a tiger Is Rex here?

The size of the item The number 536- 3/16"x2" x 4-1/2" I ordered one because I wasn't sure about the measurement when I ordered. ** Note that the 2" measurement is for the distance between bolt ends and NOT for the spread. The distance between the CENTER and CENTER is 2 One-fourth of an inch. The antenna plate was exactly what I needed to make it fit. The description of this product deserves one star less.

I had no problems with that. I didn't find anything special A bolt was bolted in place, and our work was done. I have not had any problems with it yet, it seems to be long lasting.

Though I was unable to use U-Turn, I had a good time learning about it The bolt I purchased at the blue box was much more durable and heavier than the one I bought at the blue I was treated well by Amazon when I returned the item. The product is great.
