The fasteners are what they are described to be. Carrier bolts are supposed to work like they should. The item was in good condition During shipping, the product is protected. Upon arrival, the item was in good condition.

Although the bolts were supposed to be 3" tall, they were maybe 3/4" high

It is not clear whether the description of this product is wrong or whether a mistake was made in packaging, but the description on the packaging and in the product description itself said the bolts were 3", but I think they are 3/4".
