Do the 1/2* x 10" come in 13 or 10 dots per inch?

My experience with 1/2" is limited, but this seller provided me with 3/8" based on my experience with 3/16". You should beware! There is an unbelievably low level of quality. As for me, only a half of the bolts was big enough to fit into nuts, so I tapped I mean it.
