An attractive set of strong, high-quality nuts to replace cheap ones

There is a lot of threaded length of these six-inch bolts. The look and function of those machines are excellent. There would normally be cheaper bolts that had difficulty thread being threaded on. Possibly due to not properly accounting for the galvanized coating. To use them, the nuts and bolts were cleaned with special chemicals before being used. In case the bolt through a hole somehow comes loose, the Hillman threads thread very well. After years, those old ones are still looking good. They're made in China from scratch.

A 13 pitch thread is used, but not a 20 pitch one

It fits perfectly, 1/2 x 6". Steel threads are typically 13 pitch (standard for galvanized steel), not 20 pitch, so the wrong nut will result in people whining because not good are being made. An 8x6 deck was successfully attached with an equal amount of bolts. It's a good product at the best possible price point.

These bolts are nuts

Altogether, they are strengthened steel bolts. There weren't any thread issues with this whole box.

Six months ago, we built a deck. Excellent. After building the deck six months ago and after checking all connectors, these new connectors now look as good as when they were installed.
