There was a problem with the Amazon bag. Its inner poly bag was ripped, the nuts, bolts, and washers were hanging loose, and there was a missing carriage bolt and washer. The bag did not contain them before it was shipped, which tells me they were missing. However, I can use one of the old bolts to replace my snowblower bar rather than having to return them and wait another week for a new one.
