Designed for installation in hollow walls, the Master Anchor works well. A concrete block wall can also be installed into a hollow about 1" thick and as long as the substrate is not too thick. You need Wingits if you want anything to stay on a vertical wall for the rest of your life. To paint my new wall, I hung them from these hooks That's a lot of weight! I did not trust anything else to be able to do the job properly other than a wood spice rack. In light of the fact that each anchor requires a 3/4-inch hole in the wall, I don't use them frequently. Wingits work best for everything that needs to be hung securely, whether it is something heavy like a large mirror or something frequently used like a vacuum or spice rack.
