If you want to use this anchor on cinder blocks (unless it's in the mortar between the blocks), I wouldn't recommend it. A wing anchor would be a better choice if the anchor is in the block.

Buy this item and do not use it. I found this to be very cheap. Using this anchor, I put concrete filled cinder blocks into the ground. As I was tightening the anchor bolt in place the bolt snapped before I could even get three threads beyond the nut. I drilled the 5/16 inch hole and inserted the anchor into the hole. More than 20 feet pounds of torque were used. To my surprise, I have one of the bolts in a vice grip and used a torque wrench to create the tension and it snapped at around 150 INCHES lbs (just over 144 inch pounds or 12 ft pounds).
Attached a 2x6 and garage hardware to a concrete wall after I attached the 2x6 to the There were some screws that worked great and I think I will never have to adjust them It has been stripped out in some places. My garage door was ripped out by the one holding it, and I ended up in I am unlikely to rely on this product in the future.
This is my favorite kind of thing. To enclose my brick house, I need to mound up a water hose reel. By using my impact drill, I drilled holes in the reel and mounted it in them. A good amount of pressure was applied.
I like it very much. It arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described. Compared to Red Head bolts, which snapped off if you tightened them just a little bit too much, these have also got stronger bolts.
I find this product to be very impressive!.
