Despite the pictures appearing to show a much larger screw head, its diameter is less than what is shown. It appears that the heads were larger, as indicated in the picture, when I ordered the shorter version of the same product from the same company. Almost as small as the shaft of the sleeve anchor, these heads were tiny. This is of no use. As a result, the first box I sent back was similarly damaged, and the second box damaged as well. Despite the different brand name on the next box (I initially thought they were different products, but they were the same with To ensure my construction schedule would not be delayed, I was forced to use them. I don't like being in this situation. Your pictures of your products should be as accurate as possible.
This anchored sleeve has been with me since the day they came I love how easy it is to install & use This is a strong, solid foundation.
It worked great for mounting shelving on the wall of my garage (drilled into cinderblocks). There are still shelves holding the load after putting a lot of limber on them.
Everything went according to plan. They are the kind of company I will return to in the future.
