What a fantastic idea! The frames worked perfectly for the basement I built with a poured concrete The insulation board was glued to the foundation with construction adhesive, then a 3/16ths drill bit was used with a 5” hole saw to drill through the furring strips, then the spring spikes were hammered into the foundation

We had one of the best feelings hammering the spikes in, and it felt amazing knowing that our 1x3s would have been able to hold onto the wall. Miracles like these do not happen every day.

This product is ideal for finishing basements

They're a good anchor for anchoring 1x3's to concrete over foam board in basement finishes. I tried to pull one out and was unable to.
