Those boxes are amazing I love them! Fourths of an inch, no rust Tabs with mounting holes, but be aware that the two center screw holes are right over the ends of the outlet or switch, so the screws will bottom out and discolor the plastic. Please do not use these screws if you are mounting an outlet or switch. In order to install it, you must either cut the screws shorter (making it difficult to install) Cover the plugs with weathertight covers or you may drill the holes deeper if you do not intend on using the plugs and are covering the hub end caps.
PVC terminal adapters with threaded holes are not able to spin in due to too close proximity of the holes. It was necessary to sand off the holes of this box in order to stick the terminal adapters on it. There should be an option to purchase the junction box packaged with compatible terminal adapters, as well as a clear explanation of what to expect. It may not be a good fit for everybody. I use my disc sander to eliminate the corners and extra material from this box so that I could use it.
