Because of the tin-plated copper teeth and high-strength sealant, each above ground insulation piercing connector is isolated from energized parts and has no contact at any point with an energized part, providing a corrosion-free connection.

NO CABLE STRIPPING IS REQUIRED WHEN USING THESE CONNECTORS, AS THEY ARE EQUIPPED WITH A DOUBLE SHEAR-HEAD BOLTS AND A RED TURBO SPACER, WHICH ALLOWS THE TAP SIDE TO STAY OPEN.

WOW is the only word that comes to mind when thinking about these. To run wires from my transfer switch to my shop, I needed to splice them together. These were a BLAST to work with. Why haven't I heard of these before as an old electrician? There will be no cutting involved. no muss. . There's no muss or fuss because there are two nuts, one of which breaks off when torque is applied correctly. If you ever need to remove one, the other is available. It's a specialty item, as far as I'm aware. This one, on the other hand, was absolutely perfect.

Caps can be moved or removed and are simple to install

Although the instructions are not very clear, these work extremely well and are very simple to set up. Because the end caps are detachable, they can be used in any configuration or orientation.
